Jim and his team made the entire process super easy. As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions and Jim communicated and explained everything to me and more. I felt very comfortable and surprised at how easy this could be. I would highly recommended Jim!

Jim was always on top of things and had the information we needed to make the best decision on a mortgage loan for our home purchase. We especially appreciated his experience and knowledge about the MD Smart Buy Program as well as all areas related to the entire home buying process. I believe that he is not only an outstanding loan officer/sales manager but also a great teacher of mortgages and finance related topics. Based on my experience, it is clear that he is driven to make sure that the customer/client has the best experience and information possible for the mortgage loan application and closing process. I felt extremely lucky to have chosen him as our loan officer for the purchase of our first home. I hope to be able to work with him again, if possible, in the future for refinancing when the time is appropriate.
