Jim is such a pleasure to work with. He is so organized and thorough. Communication is a strong suite of his. He seemingly is always available to discuss the complexities of the process, and does so in a way that makes it easy to understand for those not in the field. This is the second time James Conway helped me with the loan. I was pleased to work with him in 2018 and went straight back to him during a purchase of my second house again in 2023. He always makes the process easy and fast. He is very professional, attentive, very easy to communicate with, responds to emails and chats right away, and makes the customer feel important.
Next time I need a loan, I will not even look for other options but James Conway.
