Jim was extremely responsive and thorough will all questions we had. It was our first time going through a process like this, and he really explained every step of the way, going above and beyond with helping us understand exactly what each step entailed. He's been a great person to work with, and it was beyond easy to trust him with such an important process. We would definitely be looking to reach out to him again should we refinance, or ever think about selling.

Although this transaction didn’t close on time, it was a timely as humanly possible. There was a problem on the sellers end and Jim was with me every step of the way.
