Jim was a referral from my Realtor, Helene Zrihen.
After having a bad experience with another lender, Jim was a breath of fresh air.
Jim took his time explaining everything as we went along so that I understood every step of the process and was more than happy to answer any and all of questions.
I really liked being able to work with a single point of contact for this process versus a company sized team where you didn't know who you were actually working with.
