Jim was extremely responsive and thorough will all questions we had. It was our first time going through a process like this, and he really explained every step of the way, going above and beyond with helping us understand exactly what each step entailed. He's been a great person to work with, and it was beyond easy to trust him with such an important process. We would definitely be looking to reach out to him again should we refinance, or ever think about selling.
