I'm not a finance person and definitely suck at my own personal finances. Would have appreciated when I asked for a breakdown of the costs and how much to bring to the closing...a breakdown of each and every cost written out like I was a 2 year old. I understand when you do things so long you lose the sight that everyone should know what you're saying, but definitely did not fully understand. Plus the numbers were off a bit on the closing papers. Not sure why the loan people don't talk to the real estate agent to ensure the numbers were correct but...hey...I'm not in the business.
