Chad was incredibly helpful in getting us all the information we needed, moving quickly when we wanted to put an offer on our home, and was very patient and educational with us as first time home buyers. We felt very comfortable and supported by Chad through the entire process.

Chad was able to easily guide us thru the process on a quick close that included us being out of the country for part of the time leading up to the close. He was able to explore options and payment for both myself and daughter who had some prior credit issues to get us the best deal possible.
