Chad and the team were so helpful and communicative over the course of the process. The website is so easy to use and keeps the process organized. Challenges arose towards the closing (on the seller's part), and Chad and the team worked tirelessly to make sure we closed in a timely manner. I would use them again and highly recommend them to others!
