Chad was referred to me by my friend/realtor, Jen Ingool. Jen, of course, had great things to say about Chad & his Team.
But...Chad & his Team (Kate & Terry) far exceeded my expectations. I was new to the whole home buying experience & applying for a loan of this size. Chad, Kate, & Terry were always so pleasant & patient, kept me informed through every step of the process, and they were always available if I had a question or concern--I felt like they were on my team routing for me & always had my back.

Thank you, Chad! This one took me a year from getting my buyer from the initial pre-qual to finding the PERFECT property, but you were with us the entire time, even taking precious time from your family to deliver pre-qual letters and answer questions. Once we found the perfect home for this buyer, you and your team were terrific with communication and getting my first time buyer to the finish line on time and answering all his questions. Customer service was very good. Chad asked me questions to find the best loan fit for my needs, explained the different terms and services and found a loan agreement I was comfortable with. Chad and his team sent me reminders to keep me on track with reviewing and signing paperwork.
They also provided a secure portal to make the uploading, saving and transfer of documents much easier. I was able to contact any member of team with questions, concerns or instructions on how to complete tasks. The entire team worked quickly and the loan process went very smooth. The loan was complete and ready to close a week before my closing date. I would definitely work with Chad and his team again to buy or refinance a house.
