Chad was super responsive. When he was out of the office he communicated when he would be back in touch and asked if that time frame worked for us. We were first time buyers and he was patient and helpful, explaining things as we had questions. We felt confident Chad had our interests in mind each step of the way.

Chad was great to deal with from the beginning to the end!! Always there to answer and explain throughly all questions we asked him. Terry was the BOMB!!! She was so pleasant and she patiently explained what we needed to give her and why. She totally ROCKS!! Great Teamwork from both Chad and Terry!! Love them!!

Chad made a daunting experience easy. He explained everything very well from the beginning, ran through lots of different scenarios to help me make decisions, and answered all of my questions all along the way.

Overall a good experience. I very much enjoy working with Chad. However, I believe his loan processing team could use some work as they made numerous requests for information and supporting documentation that was either unnecessary or downright inappropriate.
