In general, we had a satisfactory experience working with Chad, but there was often confusion in communications with the several other people on his team. We were asked multiple times for documentation we had already submitted (this would be forms, not, for example, repeated confirmations of employment, which would make sense) and reminded curtly to do things that were already in process.
