Grace-Anne was great! She always kept us informed throughout the process. We have had several home purchases and this is the most comfortable I have felt with the lending process. Grace-Anne was able to explain the financing choices we had to make in a way that we could easily understand and was able to connect how everything affects the process for our home buying.

I was dealing with this company and applied for a $38,000 loan after agreeing to put $30,000 down on a $68,000 purchase for a home in inner city Baltimore. Everything seemed to be on the up and up. Until I was given an invoice for about $23,000 bucks in closing costs. $23,000!!!! on a $38,000 To put this in perspective i paid $14,000 on a $630,000 loan. I was born at night but not last night. If the company reaches out to me I'm willing to give the lenders name. This can't be normal practice. If you get a loan from this company get a second opinion.
