She was always very communicative and clear with the expectations of the process. I always knew what to expect. She answered all of my questions quickly and completely and did assitional research to help me out with my unusual specific circumstances. When we had to delay the settlement, she kept her cool as I totally lost mine, and her calm and reassuring manner helped me to see the best solution . Thank you so much Grace Anne!

Worked with Mike Lorenzini. Great experience - never a doubt that we'd close on time. Minimal amount of "go back" requests for information in the loan process, and he explained every step. Best experience, in my four purchases and multiple refis!
