Extremely knowledgeable on the loan application process. Quick to respond, request documents/information, and confirm that all of this has been submitted properly. Maintained open, honest, and professional communication throughout the entire process while explaining all of the complex legalese in layman’s terms.
A good person all around who was always in high spirits and friendly!
