KATE WAS TOP NOTCH.....she always made time for us when we had questions. She made the purchase process seem seamless....she is now our go to person for lending.....she and Ace ( her son) are an amazing team. Her counter part Genie was very nice and polite everytime she picked up the phone which made it seem like we were dealing with family....I would say Kate and her team at PRMI are above all else in the game.

Kate deserved each and every one of those five stars. Throughout the process Kate was on top of everything, answered every question I had, and went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything and were always in the loop.
