Eric Uhl was very personable and always made me feel like he really cared about my needs and concerns, he worked hard to take care of our difficult issue. We were not in the same state where new house was when we wanted to buy it and we also needed to sell our previous house to get the down payment for the new house, we had not started to work to get a paycheck from the new company even though we had signed a work contact. It was really hard to get a loan in this difficult situation but we were very lucky to know the right person-Eric, he helped us fix all the problems, answered our questions and email promptly, the whole loan process was very smoothly ,fast and efficiently. Without his help we could not get the key. Thank you Eric! I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

ERIC WAS VERY helpful and on point with all the needs we had. He was very professional and explained the process from start to end. He would send us videos that walked us through the process which were very helpful. We have went through other Morgage companies in the past which was a total headache . I would recommend Eric to all my friends and family

Eric really went above and beyond on all levels. He was very involved in all aspects of the loan process and keeping me up to date on any changes as well as letting me know what was next. He really calmed my nerves as a first time home buyer.
