Eric was recommended to me by an acquaintance about four years ago to help me with my home mortgage transfer. Due to a tragedy in my family the last thing I needed was a complicated drawn out process. Eric handled everything quickly and painlessly for me and my family. I also appreciate how he goes the extra for his clients with the seasonal informational post cards on home improvements or readiness. I contacted Eric again about 2 years later to inquire about refinancing options, with his professional expertise we weighed my options and found then was not the time. I would definitely recommend Eric to friends and others.

Eric goes the extra mile for his clients. He is very knowledgeable and reliable. I highly recommend him. I was trying to finance a condo with a conventional loan, but the condos were not eligible for conventional financing. I purchased on a contract, but must refi soon and I plan to contact him again.

Eric was recommended by our realtor. Being first time buyers, we were already apprehensive about the process of purchasing a home. Eric proved to be a true blessing to us. Very congenial and easygoing, he made the process easy to understand. If we had questions, we could call him and receive answers quickly. He went over all details, and would ensure we understood each item before moving on. We still call Eric from time to time, and he is more than willing to help. He is a great asset to the company!
