Rachel Hemmingson listens and repeats what she believes she heard which is usually correct. I feel like she is a team player and goes “to bat” to help me get a good deal. I believe we have become friends, and I have not seen that before when dealing with finances. She is the real deal.

Rachel went through a lot of changes during the original application and eventual processing of of my HECM. Throughout it all she always kept me well informed and up to date.
