A coworker who had recently worked with Eric Uhl to buy a home as a first-time home buyer referred me to him to buy my first home as well. My wife and I were very pleased with his service and we were able to go through the process from start to finish in just under two months. Eric was helpful and prompt through the entire process. The first time you sit down with Eric you can immediately feel his honesty and integrity. I was a first time home buyer very nervous about buying a house. Didn't even think I qualified, but he made the process goes smooth and easily. Next thing you know I'm in my new home. When it was time to refinance I went back to Eric the second time boom again very simple process. I referred my brother-in-law who has recently come to this country from the Philippines. I offered Eric translation help but he was able to work through the language barriers and put him into a home also. Since my home purchase I'm constantly getting offers in the mail from other brokers that mail goes straight to the trash.

This was a first time event for me, moving to another state I knew nothing about. Eric walked me through each step of the way. He also connected me up so I could sign all the papers on-line.

We have been in our Townhouse for 2 1/2 yrs now. I would not have been able to purchase this home without Eric's qualification and knowledge of getting me approved for a Washington State Bond loan. This is my first home purchase and Eric was very kind, understanding and patient with me during this whole process. He kept in touch with me and he worked well with my real estate agent. At the time of closing, Eric was there while I signed the huge stack of papers. I would highly recommend Eric to anyone who is looking to purchase a home.
