Eric was SO HELPFUL through the entire home buying process! He was very detailed and accurate in all the information he provided. In addition, when we thought we weren't going to be able to qualify for a down payment assist program he offered suggestions so we could still qualify. We simply would not have been in our new home as quickly as we were without his help. I have already recommended him to several family and friends. :)

Eric was very easy to work with. He was responsive, knowledgeable and organized. This was my first time buying a home and Eric did a great job mapping out the steps and what was coming up so that the process with him was very smooth.

This was our second refi with Eric in 7 years.Our first one was with his previous employer. The first experience was so good we had to hunt him down and work with him on the second loan. As due diligence, we did get a few other quotes from the 'online' lenders and our current bank, but a simple request turned into spam and pressure sales calls from all of them. Eric on the other hand was helpful, gave us our options and was there when we needed him. He was available any time we needed him or had questions. He communicated quickly and would find the right answers when we needed them. We own our own business and that can always make for an interesting and potentially complicated loan process. Not with Eric, it was almost easier than when we had steady income working for someone else. In the end, the whole experience was stellar and the service was outstanding.
