Eric is very knowledgeable and an excellent educator about the mortgage process! I decided to work with him after attending one of his free Washington Bond Program Classes to see if I could possibly qualify to buy my first home at age 60. He has been very helpful working with the FHA Loan process. I have really appreciated his patience in answering all of my questions (and I had quite a few, some I asked more than once!). I am now a home owner thanks to Eric. I also enjoyed working with his assistant Debi and all the staff at Academy Mortgage. Thank-you so much for all of your help!

Eric is great to work with! He knows how to get you into the right loan and he and his team work to make your experience exceptional! Eric goes above and beyond! I would recommend him to anyone that needs help with home financing he is the guy to go to if you want a stress free experience with lots of communication and he delivers which is the most important!
