Eric made our dream come true. It was a long road but Eric made it possible. First he helped us boost up our credit score than we had to wait two years to have on the job. I didn't think it was possible but they made it a reality . Great people to work with. I'd defiantly would have family go through them.

I was referred to Eric when my first lender was unable to complete the underwriting due to the complexity of the property. Eric did some research and was able to make the loan work! I saw in another review that they called him "magic Eric " and I have to agree! When I thought we were not going to be able to close on this property it was terribly disappointing.... but Eric swooped in and saved the day! Thank you so very much Eric !

Eric at Academy Mortgage is the standard in which all others should be graded by. He was highly professional, provided exceptional service finding the right loan program to meet our needs, hit every timeline perfectly, was exceptionally quick to respond to the odd questions I would come up with. MAGIC ERIC IS WHAT WE HAVE BEEN CALLING ERIC! referral came to us last year from a realtor. Did not follow up. Then again referral again for Eric from a good friend, we finally reached out. He has been great through this whole process and closing is right around the corner! we really appreciate Eric and his team for all he has done! Blessed to have finally connected with ERIC!
