This is the second time I have used Eric for financing. This time is was for a re-finance on my house. Doing this is concerning for me - something I am not comfortable knowing the right thing to do. Eric walked me through each step of the process. He called and/or e-mailed when needed to update me. Highly recommend him. Thank you, Eric!

From the very beginning Eric walked us through every single step that needed to be done. He was patient and explaining everything that I didn't understand and helping me gather the proper paperwork necessary and communicated with me very well through the entire process. He returned phone calls texts and emails promptly and him and his team went way above and beyond my expectations and making sure every question I had was answered that every document was correctly done and to make sure that I had the best of everything I needed. I sense then have recommended Eric to several people and even the ones who did not qualify for a loan he directed to somebody to help them clean up their credit and get on the right path so that they could purchase a home. Eric was very kind and understanding and he never made me feel stupid for not understanding a procedure or a document if you are looking for a lender who will fight hard for you and work for you Eric is your man and his team at that office are amazing very friendly staff always willing to help. And to put you in the right loan for you.

Eric and crew answered my million questions during my house shopping and buying process. His team is extremely knowledgeable and flexible with scheduling to make things go smoothly. Would work with them again.
