A coworker who had recently worked with Eric Uhl to buy a home as a first-time home buyer referred me to him to buy my first home as well. The first time you sit down with Eric you can immediately feel his honesty and integrity. I was a first time home buyer very nervous about buying a house. Didn't even think I qualified, but he made the process goes smooth and easily. Next thing you know I'm in my new home. When it was time to refinance I went back to Eric the second time boom again very simple process. I referred my brother-in-law who has recently come to this country from the Philippines. I offered Eric translation help but he was able to work through the language barriers and put him into a home also. Since my home purchase I'm constantly getting offers in the mail from other brokers that mail goes straight to the trash.

This was a first time event for me, moving to another state I knew nothing about. Eric walked me through each step of the way. He also connected me up so I could sign all the papers on-line.
