Aaron Matty is incredible! Not only did he accommodate all my requests, educate me on the process, and ensure he got the best loan terms for my situation, he personally assisted when a seller was being troublesome regarding financing terms for a home I was interested in. Aaron worked to the last hour to make sure closing was smooth, communicated effectively between all parties, and was one of the most organized loan officer's I've ever worked with. I will be sending all of my friends who are looking for a home and financing to him because I can guarantee exceptional client service and flawless execution. Alex was an absolute joy. She was very friendly, kind, and patient. I often had questions and required a lot of clarification, since I am a first-time home buyer and am in general an anxious person. She is very anxiety friendly and thorough. She also was extremely quick to address any questions and concerns and provided such easy-to-understand explanations and seemed to value educating her clients. I recommend her highly to anyone but especially to first-time home buyers.
