My partner and I just closed on our first home (woohoo!) and worked with Valentina Massa as our loan officer. If we could give her a six-star review we would in a heartbeat! Valentina was already on our radar from both social media and word-of-mouth recommendations from other friends prior to becoming serious about the homebuying process. Once we started getting our ducks in a row and asking around, nearly everyone we knew who had bought recently recommended Valentina and raved about their experience. That professionalism and responsiveness coupled with Valentina's personal level of care made us feel extremely fortunate to have found her and to have had her on our team for this major purchase. Beyond her excellence as a loan officer, Valentina also happens to simply be an excellent human.
