Greg and his team continue to knock it our of the park for my clients. Our offer was accepted on 2/12/24, Greg and his team were able to close it on 2/28/24 and accomomodate the sellers needs. The entire process was seamless. The buyer's father used to be an agent and was very impressed with everything he saw from the entire team. I am not sure if our offer would have been accepted if Greg wasn't the lender. He answered all of the listing agents calls and assured him that he would be able to close the loan on time. Thanks so much for another smooth transaction!!!!!!
