Valentina Massa was amazing to work with and I will be referring all of my friends and family. She worked really hard to have all of our ducks in a row when the seller failed to get a use and occupancy license for the property before listing it for sale. This made the closing process 4 months long but having Valentina in my corner made the process smoother than it otherwise would have been.
