Curtis made the entire process hassle free. I initiated the application on Valentines Day and at 8:00 pm, on his way to dinner , Curtis answered my call , pulled over to take my information and got my application started. He was there through the entire process any time of day , 7 days a week , to answer questions and help me navigate through potential road blocks.
