Marshall Sadowski was absolutely amazing to work with! I had stumbled upon his instagram page a year or two ago through a mutual acquaintance. Sure, social media isn't necessarily where you look for mortgage lenders or loan officers, but we connected over a potential home purchase last year. My spouse and I just bought a house with his incredible work [and our wonderful realtor, Melanie Miller of CORE Md]. Last year, we were outbid on a house in a super competitive market, but we knew we wanted to work with Marshall again. He broke down every step of the homebuying process and ran numbers and interest rates for us repeatedly. He was able to call Live Baltimore, the DHCD, and the Maryland Mortgage Program to find out more information each time we felt a little lost [and when information on their websites was entirely inaccurate...] He did a great job communicating with our realtor over where we were in the process and was also just delightful to chat with while we waited for more information to come in! Rendell Palechek was also diligent, personable, and super efficient at handling our underwriting! [We didn't interact with her as much since Marshall ended up fielding our million questions]!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Cassie. She was absolutely incredible from start to finish — truly a rockstar in every sense! Anytime I had a question (big or small), Cassie answered my call right away, and I always felt genuinely cared for and supported. Her motivation and tenacity kept the whole process moving smoothly, and I never once felt like just another file on someone’s desk. Compared to any conventional brick-and-mortar bank I’ve dealt with, Cassie’s customer service skills are unmatched. Ben made the whole loan process easy to understand and kept us well informed. It felt like he 100% cared about our success, our experience, and our wellbeing. Communication through the portal was amazing, and so was his communication through emails, phone calls, and texts. I never felt like we were alone throughout the whole process.
