My partner and I just closed on our first home (woohoo!) and worked with Valentina Massa as our loan officer. If we could give her a six-star review we would in a heartbeat! Valentina was already on our radar from both social media and word-of-mouth recommendations from other friends prior to becoming serious about the homebuying process. Once we started getting our ducks in a row and asking around, nearly everyone we knew who had bought recently recommended Valentina and raved about their experience. And now having worked with her, we are those people! We couldn't recommend Valentina highly enough, and our experience with PRMI overall. As for our specific experience, from the very beginning, Valentina was both professional and warm, extremely responsive and supportive, and made information clear and accessible even for folks like us who were brand new to the process. Once we began working together, she always made the time to go the extra mile and walk us through each step of the process. From regular text check-ins to lengthy phone calls reviewing detailed contracts, Valentina's support was ever-present throughout the entire process. She helped us understand the ins-and-outs of this daunting process and approach it with confidence and clarity in a way few could. The PRMI online portal also made document sharing and uploading a breeze, and their loan estimator software was extremely useful in helping us determine what the best options were for us while house hunting and eventually putting in our offer. And if there was ever an issue Valentina needed assistance with, her colleagues at PRMI were always quick to lend a helping hand. That professionalism and responsiveness coupled with Valentina's personal level of care made us feel extremely fortunate to have found her and to have had her on our team for this major purchase. Beyond her excellence as a loan officer, Valentina also happens to simply be an excellent human. We can't say enough good things about our experience working with Valentina and PRMI, and were seriously impressed. Sharp, kind, driven, and caring.
