Scott is a very knowledgeable loan officer. I stumbled across my dream house, but knew the market & interest rates weren’t the best which made me a little hesitant. Scott did everything in his power to make sure I would be comfortable with the mortgage amount based on an awesome loan he told me about called the 2-1 buy down. The 2-1 buy down confused me a bit, but everything worked out just as it should & I didn’t have to worry about having a 7% interest rate! So the house and interest rate were a no brainer, I was SOLD. I wouldn’t change a thing. Scott is very informative! He did inform me what the mortgage amount would’ve been if I didn’t have this loan & I couldn’t have afforded the house, it’s that easy. Scott thank you for being able to help me afford my dream house. I couldn’t have done it without you!!!

Very pleasant experience with this company. TJ Jager was phenomenal and helped me out so much during a not so good time for me. He honestly is the only reason I stuck through with this home buying process. He’s very personable and friendly. Definitely won’t find another one like him to work with

Thank to Scott, my wife and I have bought our first property! We have been looking for the past three years and Scott made everything flow very smooth with the whole process. Everything from starting an application on the website which was very simple and easy to getting all kinds of documents uploaded was a very smooth and simple process. Scott also communicates very well and very quick which was very helpful. He would respond to our questions during any part of the day and felt very comfortable to reach out to him if we had any questions at all. George went above and beyond to make sure that our loan came through on time and enable us to close on our desire date. We were having some issues making sure all of the conditions to an addendum to our contract were met. This was a real obstable to finalizing the loan process, but George and his team had everything ready to go and gave a lot a great advice, so when that addendum was satisfied the loan process was completed immediately! This allowed us to keep our settlement date and get into our new home when we had planned. I am confident that only George could have pulled that off. Friendly, professional, great communication, sound advice- and he gets the job done! Thanks George!
