PRMI is a national mortgage lender that funds a majority of our loans with our own money, allowing us to offer competitive pricing and efficient service. We've also partnered with local banks to create broker agreements so we cna truly be a full-service lender. We are also an approved Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac lender, and we have in-house underwriters who can approve all loans - including FHA and VA transcations.
Our entire loan team is service-oriented. We understand that the mortgage process can be complex, but we try to simplify it by providing everything to you in writing before you have to make any loan decision. I am always available to answer any questions you might have about the details.
