Shirley and Shane were absolutely phenomenal throughout this entire process. I've been in this business a long time, so I've worked with many lenders. They provided consistent updates, communicated regularly, and went above and beyond when the client suffered a hardship in her sales transaction out of state. They actually care about the person, and not just about the file. I look forward to working with them again. Thank you for everything!
