The customer service and communication was top notch and can’t be beat! They made my home buying experience out of this world even responding to emails and text messages after hours and on the weekends! Very very knowledgeable and led us to our dream home. I have recommended this company to 4 of my friends and highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home!

Primary Residential Mortgage was incredible working with me throughout my first time home buying process. I mainly worked with Shirley and Judy but I had a few interaction with Shane as well. Everyone was positive, patient and above and beyond. They answered every question I had and worked diligently to get everything on their end down quickly and smoothly. I will certainly be using them at every opportunity I have and recommend them to anyone going through the home buying process!

We are first time homebuyers, and this company was recommended to us by our realtor and friend. We cannot stress enough how much we love working with these guys, most specially with our mortgage officer, Daniel Torre. He made the entire process seamless, and it helps too that he is a great guy (never met him in person, but could tell from our phone conversations).
