Working with Joanna was the best experience one could have and it would be hard to imagine it could've gone better. She was willing to work with us at random times of the day or night to accommodate our schedules and was always happy to talk with us, even if it meant having to explain a brand new concept to us.

Proving my work history and pay was really difficult with other lenders but Joanna does her research well and was able to get me to the closing table on time even though i changed lenders in the middle of the contract. Thank you Joanna!

Joanna did a superb job in getting this loan done on time and right! I love the fact that she ACTUALLY answers the phone. And she does things EARLY and doesn't wait until the last minute. She is on top of the details and doesn't miss a thing. She communicates with both Brokers so there is never any uncertainty. What a pleasure she is to work with. I highly recommend her.
