I enjoyed how thorough Joanna was with me to make sure I understood every step of the process and everything available to me! There was so much that happened in the background of getting my loan through to purchasing a place that didn't come up until after everything had occurred.

Working with Joanna was the best experience one could have and it would be hard to imagine it could've gone better. She was willing to work with us at random times of the day or night to accommodate our schedules and was always happy to talk with us, even if it meant having to explain a brand new concept to us.
