Joanna, worked diligently on my behalf towards obtaining loan approval. If it was early morning or late in the day, she was working. She was a phone call away for any questions or concerns I may have had. Her promptness in answering my call or returning my call was outstanding. She is friendly, easy to get along with. A very hard worker.
