Joanna has set the bar very high in my opinion. She offers more than other lenders that I have worked with. She sets the expectations right up front and follows through with everything she says that she can accomplish. She actively communicates with all parties, including the seller when needed, in order to facilitate a smooth transaction. She has been able to be ready to close early every time. Thank you for taking that stress off my shoulders.
