Worked with Joanna on our refinance. She was very knowledgeable and everything went smoothly. It was a great experience working with Joanna. We were able to do things online, which was very convenient. Any time we had a question, Joanna responded quickly.

Joanna was amazing to work with on our refinance. She really helped explain the confusing parts without ever being condescending. We loved that she had our time as well as our money in mind. She did things so efficiently! She never made us go in to the office if it could be done online and we loved her for that!
