Hi Austin and Team!
I enjoyed working with you guys. I rated my experience an 8 because there were some things I wish I had known about earlier in the process (ex: appraisal taking a long time - we had to push out the date for this) The 2nd time we pushed the date was due to the preferred title company, which is not your fault, but I wish we had know more about them and their process. Also, myself and the buyer asked from time to time about closing on time (according to the 1st closing date), and were told that we would, but then the appraisal came up 2 weeks before initial closing and we had to push out another month. Buyer was not very happy. However, I do appreciate Cheryle explaining things to me and talking to me about items you guys needed from my buyers. I also appreciate her explaining things to my buyers. It was a good experience and I would actually refer you guys to clients looking to do a land/home one time close deal. :) Thank you!!

I was very dissatisfied at the time it took from first contact to finally reaching the CTC. It felt like your group was learning as they went through the process which really impacted us as the buyers. I became so frustrated that I reached out to a local group that had us closed o two weeks. Not the long ordeal we experienced with you. Lastly, it was unbelievable to hear that after botching our initial interest rate when you learned that the new lender had closed us at a lower rate only then we’re you willing to march that rate.
