We were working with Vince Mazzarese and 2.5 weeks until closing all of a sudden he tells us that they cannot work with us because the home is a manufactured home. We had spoken with him about the specifics about the home from the very beginning, we have emails recording that he knew it was a manufactured home! We had the inspection and appraisal sent to him of course stating the specifics of the manufactured home! He just dumped us right before closing and it's my personal feeling that he felt it was too much work for not enough reward. That was very bad business. Do NOT use this lender. They treat you like crap and he of course wouldn't take our calls after dumping us like that to explain himself further. Stay away!

Believe you were looking for the branch in Lake Dallas, but with further review it doesn't look like he works with PRMI any longer. Which from your experience probably is best.
