Jason is a rock star! He was extremely patient in explaining the loan process and my options for down payment assistance. His advice on when to lock interest rates was on the money - got TSAHC rate locked at the lowest available within the timeline of my home purchase. His knowledge of the program and belief in the product provided an extreme sense of confidence in this anxious homebuyer. I wish all bankers were more like him.

I was very dissatisfied at the time it took from first contact to finally reaching the CTC. It felt like your group was learning as they went through the process which really impacted us as the buyers. I became so frustrated that I reached out to a local group that had us closed o two weeks. Not the long ordeal we experienced with you. Lastly, it was unbelievable to hear that after botching our initial interest rate when you learned that the new lender had closed us at a lower rate only then we’re you willing to march that rate.
