Jason is a rock star! He was extremely patient in explaining the loan process and my options for down payment assistance. His advice on when to lock interest rates was on the money - got TSAHC rate locked at the lowest available within the timeline of my home purchase. His knowledge of the program and belief in the product provided an extreme sense of confidence in this anxious homebuyer. I wish all bankers were more like him.

Jason was fantastic! it was frankly one of the fastest and smoothest loans I've had as a Realtor. I would recommend him to any of my clients.
