Attention to detail with outlining requirements and costs. Also aid in the processes for the loan. I ended up having to apply for the loan twice because things took so long.

From the outset the McKnight team did an excellent job of explaining how the program worked and provided all the necessary information required on our part in order to qualify for the program. Each team member was friendly and helpful in helping us in their respectful role. The team made sure to answer any questions we had along the way.

The repetition is a bit nerve racking!
