Armando changed my life. I never thought I would be able own a home, no one in my family ever has.
I am a first generation…. Home owner…. College student…. Honestly, i am a first generation everything! I started with a different lender and he gave me the green light to go house shopping. I found the perfect home and then that lender said “by the way…. I need you to pay all your debt including some of your student loans FIRST”…. That was like $20,000! I was devastated. Then, my realtor recommended me to Armando and he got me into that house… helped me get down payment assistance and I’m in my home without hardly making a dent in my savings! I referred my best friend to Armando and she is closing on her first home today! If you thought you couldn’t do it… couldn’t own a home in todays market….
