Ian Perry acted as the lender for a condo I had listed. Despite two previous failed attempts, Ian took over the loan and demonstrated exceptional communication throughout the process. He closed the deal ahead of schedule and went the extra mile to gather all necessary documents for the loan closure. Both my client and I are extremely pleased with the outcome.
