Shannon was the glue that got this house deal done. She was extremely responsive, provided me numerous preapproval letters (I looked at alot of houses, so this was not a trivial task), offered me guidance on closing speed that made my offer more competitive, followed up with all parties to ensure the deal remained on track, and communicated with me frequently to the very end. Shannon is amazing and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience working with her.
