Armando went above and beyond for us! He helped us through the rough and painful process of applying to a new mortgage payment. He was straightforward with us letting us know what actions to take to improve our application. He let me know where we are in the process and what we are waiting for. Best of all is he was available 7 days the week. He was the best part of this process. Thank you Armando!

Armando processed our paperwork to get a loan to buy our new house in a very short time. We actually had another lender that stressed us out and asked for impossible things, so we had to switch lenders and thankfully went with Armando and his assistant Barbara. They worked continuously day and night until he made it happen. He kept us informed the whole time, he also was very easy to talk to and very comforting. Never mentioned that there is a chance it would fall through.
