As Jack may know, my buying process was long and at times, very difficult. I had many questions throughout the process bc of all the market fluctuations and delays we dealt with. Through the whole ups and the downs, Jack maintained his commitment to my needs and was always available at a moments notice. He really went above and beyond to help me and I feel indebted to him because I know my situation was not easy. I would not recommend anyone else because of the patience and hospitality he's shown towards me and I couldn't imagine there being many others who could do it better. Thanks again Jack. Our family is so grateful for your help.
