Jack and his entire team were so extremely helpful to us during our very long and painful purchase of our home. Jack was consistent and always available to us when we had questions. Mr Rams came highly recommended to my husband and myself through our daughter & her fiancé through the purchase of their first home. Their experience as first time home buyers went seamlessly! He made them comfortable in answering all questions in a very timely fashion.
My son & his fiancée purchased a home two months later and sadly we’re in the beginning stages with their loan processor and not having the same positive experience.

As Jack may know, my buying process was long and at times, very difficult. I had many questions throughout the process because of all the market fluctuations and delays we dealt with. Through the whole ups and the downs, Jack maintained his commitment to my needs and was always available at a moments notice. He really went above and beyond to help me and I feel indebted to him because I know my situation was not easy. I would not recommend anyone else because of the patience and hospitality he's shown towards me and I couldn't imagine there being many others who could do it better. Thanks again Jack.
