This survey is a touch hard for me since Nick was wonderful, but I am not super pleased with his team
Pros:
- The team takes great initiative
- An administrative error was made, and the team immediately took responsibility and made things right
Cons:
- The team tried to adjust our homeowner's insurance without our approval
- They sent over the wrong title company name for closing
- They were quite rude to my mother (who gifted us money) when she was concerned with sharing her banking info

I’ve always been told buying a home is super stressful. Honestly the experience (outside of searching for an actual home) was very easy. The videos, communications, and clear directions for what was needed helped me know exactly what I needed to do.
