Thank you for helping me with the home buying process. Overall it was a pretty smooth experience. I would only say for critique, is that to make sure everyone follows through with emails and the whole on-boarding loan process. I had to, in haste, while traveling prepare documents that I thought I already produced. I sent a follow up email 3 weeks before the potential close to make sure I had everything done, and never heard back until 4 days before close. I assumed no news was good news.
